Phoenix Contact - Type 1+2 surge arrester with spark-gap technology

Plug-in Type 1+2 combined lightning current and surge arrester designed for 3-phase power supply networks (L1, L2, L3, PE, N). Utilizing spark gap technology, it provides leakage-current-free protection for high nominal voltages up to 440 VAC and strong voltage fluctuations, handling up to 50 kA peak current. With a low noise level of 2.5 kV, optical and mechanical status indicators, and remote signaling, it ensures reliable surge protection without the continuous leakage current associated with MOV-based devices. Ideal for 400/690 V AC networks, it mounts easily on a DIN rail.
